Three steps from download to snapping again. No proxy strings, no settings to change, just connect.
Get the app for iPhone, Android, or Windows from the download page.
Open the app and pick a location. On a filtered network, choose V2Ray under Protocol on iPhone or Android.
Tap Connect, then open Snapchat. Your chats, snaps, and stories load through an encrypted tunnel.
Any VPN Super server outside the network or country blocking Snapchat works. For the fastest connection, pick the closest location that isn't itself restricting the app.
Snapchat is blocked nationwide in Iran, China, Cuba, and North Korea, and the UAE separately blocks its voice and video calling. Campus and office Wi-Fi often blocks Snapchat too, to save bandwidth and limit distractions. Snapchat can also temporarily block a network it flags as suspicious, including VPN use, though its help center says this usually clears on its own.

| Issue | Solution guidance |
|---|---|
| Snapchat won't open after connecting | Switch to a different VPN Super server and reconnect. |
| "Your network is blocked" message appears | This is usually temporary, per Snapchat's own help center. Try a different server if it persists. |
| Old proxy still set inside the app | Open Protocol settings in VPN Super and select V2Ray manually — this works even if Snapchat still has an old proxy or connection cached from before. |
| Call drops after a few seconds | Switch to a different VPN Super server if a Snapchat call disconnects shortly after connecting. |
| App won't update on a blocked network | Connect VPN Super first, then open the App Store or Play Store to update Snapchat. |

Snapchat's Terms of Service are aimed at spam and abusive behavior, not VPN use on its own.
No. Streaks aren't tied to your IP address. Switching servers often and rapidly is more likely to trigger a temporary security check than the VPN itself.
That message usually means Snapchat flagged recent activity as suspicious, not that your VPN failed. Snapchat's own help center says the block is usually temporary; switching to a different VPN Super server can help too.
No. Snapchat uses your phone's GPS for location and Snap Map, not your IP address, so a VPN alone won't move your pin.
